Order Processing Time:

Important Delivery Notes

• Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  
• If the parcel is undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, it will be returned to us.
  
• In such cases, reshipping charges must be borne by the customer.
  
• Refunds will not be issued for undelivered orders due to failed delivery attempts.
  

Mandatory Unboxing Video

An unboxing video without cuts or pauses is compulsory to claim any transit damage or wrong product delivery. Please record from opening the outer courier package in one continuous shot.

Delays Beyond Control

Delivery may be delayed due to:

• Government restrictions
  
• Other unforeseen “Acts of God”
  

In such cases, we will share updates with you. We request your understanding during such situations.

International Shipping

Shipping Charges:
Starting from ₹2,200 for orders up to 1 kg (may vary by country).

FedEx or DHL (depending on destination country)

Dispatch Time:
3–4 business days (excluding weekends & holidays)

Estimated Delivery Time:
10–12 business days after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Tariffs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, or additional charges imposed by your country.

These charges:

• Are not included in our product or shipping price.
• Must be paid by the customer before delivery.
  

We do not have control over these charges as they are governed by your country’s customs regulations.

Note for USA Customers

Due to recent changes in US import regulations, duty-free entry for shipments under $800 may no longer apply.

If any customs duties or tariffs are applicable at the time of delivery, they must be borne by the customer before receiving the parcel.
