Refund policy
To ensure transparency and protect both our customers and our store, we kindly request you to record an unboxing video immediately upon receiving your parcel.
Unboxing Video Guidelines
The video must start from opening the outer courier packaging.
- It must be recorded in one continuous shot (no pauses or edits).
- The product must be clearly visible and in focus throughout.
- The issue (if any) must be clearly shown in the video.
Please note: Claims for transit damage, missing items, or wrong product delivery will only be accepted with a valid unboxing video.
In Case of Transit Damage / Wrong Product
If the unboxing video confirms transit damage or incorrect product delivery:
- We will refund the shipping charges paid during checkout.
- A replacement product will be dispatched once we receive the returned item.
- The customer must ship the product back within 48 hours of delivery.
- Tracking details must be shared with us after dispatch.
If the product is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.
- Refunds are initiated within 2–4 business days after approval.
- The amount will be credited via the same mode of payment used at checkout.
Free Shipping Orders
If the order was shipped under a free shipping offer:
- The return courier charges must be borne by the customer.
- The replacement product will be shipped from our end free of cost.

- Each piece is triple-checked for quality.
- Securely packed in protective boxes.
- Wrapped with sufficient cushioning to prevent damage during transit.
Your trust means everything to us, and we strive to ensure a safe and smooth shopping experience every time.
Product Photography
All product photographs are captured in-house under natural lighting without filters or heavy edits.
However, the actual colour of the product may slightly vary depending on:
- Mobile or computer screen resolution
- Display brightness settings
- Individual screen colour calibration
Such minor variations will not be considered valid reasons for refund or exchange.
Handmade Craftsmanship
Most of our jewellery pieces are handcrafted.
Due to the nature of handmade products:
- Slight variations in stone size, setting, or detailing may occur.
- Minor irregularities are a natural result of artisan craftsmanship.
These variations make each piece unique and will not be considered as defects or damages.
Refunds / Exchanges Will Not Be Applicable In The Following Cases:
- The product is not to the customer’s personal liking.
- The jewellery has already been worn.
- Size or fit concerns.
- The product feels heavy to wear.
- The design appears larger/smaller than expected.
We encourage customers to carefully review product details before placing an order.
Important Product Notes

Earring stems may sometimes be slightly bent intentionally to prevent breakage during transit. They can be gently adjusted back into place.
- In rare cases, if a stone comes loose during transit, it can be easily reattached using fabric glue. This will not be considered as transit damage.
- Back ropes, earring backs, and complimentary free items (if any) are provided free of cost. Missing or damaged complimentary items will not be eligible for replacement.
International Orders
We currently do not offer returns or refunds on international shipments.
However:
- All international orders undergo additional quality checks.
- Extra secure packaging is done to ensure safe delivery.
In rare situations, we may offer alternative resolutions based on the nature of the concern. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
